Any additional information the authors want to provide for reviewers and Program committee members should be attached to the submission as Appendix.

Accepted papers will be published in electronic preproceedings. Selected papers will be recommended for publication (in English) in the Russian journal «Matematicheskie Voprosy Kriptografii» («Mathematical Aspects of Cryptography»).

A paper included in the workshop program may be recommended for publication in the journal only if the authors report their results at the workshop. Authors also should provide guarantees that they are not going to publish
presented at the workshop results of their research in any other journal.

Important: additionally provided Appendix won’t be published neither in the preproceedings nor in the journal, this information will be provided only for the reviewers, in order to simplify the review procedure.
