The scope of the Workshop

The scope of the Workshop includes:

• Design and analysis of cryptographic algorithms and protocols, including those which are international standards
• Efficient implementation of cryptanalytic techniques
• Security evaluation of Russian cryptographic algorithms and protocols
• Efficient implementation of Russian cryptographic algorithms and protocols
• Mathematical aspects of cryptography
• Cryptographic techniques in IoT
• Quantum cryptography and computing
• Postquantum cryptography
• Cryptography and artificial intelligence
• Cryptographic protection of biometric data
• Research in other actual and perspective cryptographic areas

Submission and Publication

Authors are invited to submit papers presenting original research in the workshop topics, in electronic form (pdf format) via workshop submission server.

Submissions must be unpublished, not being under review for publication elsewhere, and provide sufficient information to judge their merits.

Submissions must be in English or in Russian, and not exceed 15 pages (A4 format), prepared in LaTeX according to the template. Submissions should be anonymous with no names of authors and their affiliation given in the text of the article (this information is submitted through the submission server). Any additional information the authors want to provide for reviewers and Program committee members should be attached to the submission as Appendix.

Deadlines for submissions in English and in Russian are different. Submissions in Russian should be translated by the authors into English if accepted. In case final English version of the accepted paper won’t be upload till the due date the author(s) won’t be allowed to present it at the Workshop.

Accepted papers will be published in electronic pre-proceedings. Selected papers will be recommended for publication in the Russian journal “Matematicheskie Voprosy Kriptografii” (“Mathematical Aspects of Cryptography”) (http://www.mathnet.ru/eng/mvk).

A paper included in the workshop program may be recommended for publication in the journal only if the authors report their results at the workshop. Authors also should provide guarantees that they are not going to publish presented at the workshop results of their research in any other journal.

Important: additionally provided Appendix won’t be published neither in the pre-proceedings nor in the journal, this information will be provided only for the reviewers in order to simplify the review procedure.

Authors of the submissions in Russian notification: April 1, 2023

Deadline for the submission in English: February 26, 2023
Authors of the submissions in English notification: April 15, 2023

Deadline for upload of the finale version of the accepted submission : May 10, 2023
